Our Multi National facilities client are seeking a administrator!

Job specifics and responsibilities:

Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
contacting suppliers to obtain service and job sheets
Inbound and Outbound calls
Dealing with queries via telephone and email
Accurately recording details on to the system.
Communicating with wider team members
Be IT literate to update with software like excel and Microsoft
Possess the ability to work to changing deadlines
Have good time keeping
Qualifications/required experience:

Able to use a range of IT and software packages

Monday - Friday
GBP10 per hour + holiday pay PAYE basis
Paid weekly every Friday
