ER Manager/ HR Generalist
Our client, a public sector organisation based in Edinburgh have 2 Employee Relations / HR Generalist positions available.
These are initially for a 3 month period, with possible extensions up to a further 21 months.
These roles attract a daily date of between GBP250 - GBP300 per day ( Inside IR35 - Umbrella)
The role will support the Employee Relations team during peak demand as well as the wider HR team.
These roles will provide expert advice and guidance across the organisation on complex employee relations issues, including drafting and updating HR policies.

- Experience of providing HR advice and guidance on complex people matters
- Strong understanding of employment legislation
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to senior leaders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage several competing priorities to ensure that deadlines are met
