Executive Assistant - 6 month contract

We are looking for a Senior EA to join an incredibly successful leader within the power industry who are making an impact with a focus on sustainable energy.

Our client is looking for an EA to come on board to support their C-Suite team. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to transfer into a permanent contract.

The company has a phenomenal team and a great culture, focusing on diversity and inclusion within the engineering and construction field.

The successful EA will work as a team alongside two other EA’s to ensure the C-Suite team runs as seamlessly as possible. It is a collaborative working environment with a great support function.

The company offer flexible working with 3 days per week being office based and 2 days per week working from home.

Duties will include:

•             Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments

•             Inbox management

•             Meeting management - scheduling, preparing documentation and taking minutes

•             Board support – preparing board papers and reports

•             Acting as the main point of contact

•             Managing logistics for all national and international travel arrangements - complex visas and security

•             Creating itineraries and agendas

•             Filing, scanning, printing, copying and binding

•             Keeping contact information updated/database management

•             Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations

•             Event management

Our client is looking for a highly organised EA with excellent attention to detail. Working in a high paced environment, the successful candidate must have previous experience supporting at C-level whilst working for a global organisation.
