Personal Assistant - Surrey

My client is the HQ of an international group whose business interests are centred around wellness and lifestyle, based in fabulous offices near Weybridge in Surrey. The role could be working 2 or 3 days from home if you prefer not to be 5 days in the office.

I am looking for a first rate PA/EA to support two of their senior executives. Fast paced and varied, the role is a mix of classic PA with projects such as events. You will need to be flexible and proactive, solutions driven, able to use your own initiative and make the role your own. 

You need to be highly organised and used to coordinating international travel, working with different cultures, international offices and working across time zones. Prioritising your own and your executive’s time will be key to your success along with high energy, good communication skills and a hands on approach.
