An excellent Front of House opportunity working for a top asset management company in luxurious offices based in the West End.  This is a busy, fast paced and demanding role, therefore previous reception experience is essential. 

As first point of contact to all clients and members you must be forward thinking, confident in your approach and have the business’s best interest in mind. 
Responsibilities
    • Reception
      • Cover reception and being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
      • Operate switchboard and screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
      • Maintaining security by pre-book visitor names onto the security system
      • Managing meeting room calendars and dialing in conference call numbers prior to audio/video calls
      • Prepare meeting rooms and lunches as required
      • Print and bind documents as required for internal and external meetings
      • Manage the general information inbox
      • Distribute incoming post to the office
      • Book couriers as required
      • File/scan bank statements and invoices on behalf of accounts
      • Update staff contacts
      • Ordering flowers and gifts for staff as required (ie. new baby, bereavement etc)

    • Office
      • Maintain and monitor the order the office supplies, stationery and groceries
      • Restock fridges and food cupboards and distribute milk supply between the kitchen and pantry
      • Display fruit delivered twice a week
      • Check and restock paper on printers within the office and pantry
      • Manage the pantry by making sure it is tidy/stocked with cold drinks, tea and coffee

    • Health & Safety
      • Fire Warden for the office
      • May be required to take First Aid course

Qualifications and Experience
    • Exceptional time management, professional and interpersonal skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Confident and proactive approach
    • Strong decision maker and resourceful, able to think on the spot
    • Ideally, prior experience gained in the financial, banking, asset manager, hedge fund or PE sector
