Administrator - Governance and Legal
0.66 FTE, 24.42 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - to work on a flexible basis to cover scheduled meetings
GBP19,270 - GBP20,686 per annum pro rata
You will assist the Director of Governance and Legal in providing and developing a best practice focussed governance service for City College Norwich, including preparing for and attending Board and Committee meetings, minute taking and updating statutory registers. You will also assist with procurement, insurance and general administration within the department.
Applicants should have a Level 3 or equivalent in Administration and previous experience in governance ideally in the public sector.
Closing date: Sunday 31 October 2021
All new appointed employees are required to complete an enhanced DBS Check and register with the DBS Update Service. Please note: From the 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules therefore we have been instructed that we cannot accept any update service checks on DBS certificates that have been issued before this date. Therefore, a new one must be completed with the organisation
