Sales Administrator - GBP20K - GBP25K - Watford
Experience :
Windows 98/XP/10 user
Microsoft Office (word/Excel)
CRM or data entry (Sage CRM or similar)
Sales Order Processing
Working Hours :
Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Due to the nature of our work, the clients we serve and your business support
role please keep a reasonable expectation that from time to time, some work
may occur outside of these hours. Infrequent requests are not generally considered overtime. Exceptional work (over one hour or during leave) can be
taken as time off in lieu. The company believe a healthy work /life balance is important and will manage this efficiently alongside global client expectations.

Duties :
Manage sales administration and processes related to the role - research, documentation, Quotations, sales order, CRM and diary management
Make calls to stakeholders, both internal and external (clients, suppliers) when requested to follow up items to satisfactory conclusion for the Account Managers
Help the sales and customer service team with any related duties in line with company strategy.
Send out quotes and information to clients.
Follow up on request of Account Managers.
Update client information and any call / appointment/documentation details to our CRM system.
Checkexisting information to ensure correct and current.
Additional ad hoc duties and reports related to the role as required.
Take inbound client calls when required to assist the Account Managers.
Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Shipping departments where required.
Demonstrate good knowledge of our products and services.
Be involved for continuous learning.
Raise and process sales orders accurately.
Filter information to appropriate persons when out of scope.
Escalate calls to Support or otherdepartments where appropriate.
The Role :
As Business Support Executive you will assist designated sales team members with administrative duties, efficiently and effectively, to satisfactory conclusion whilst deliver good stakeholder care. You will retain and project a knowledgeable and professional image and ensure company values and ethos are positively demonstrated in all areas
Experience :
