We are seeking individuals who are confident and enjoy talking to others, aren't afraid to use the phone and are able to persuade and influence others. This is a role that will propel your career like no other.
There will be a team of HR professionals around you, so whilst you will need to know all of the HR basics of disciplinaries, grievancies and redundancies, you won't be expected to be able to advise on the more complex issues, but you will be able to learn about these more complex cases from your more senior HR colleagues
