Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire have been briefed to recruit on behalf of one of Oxfordshire's top employers. They are currently recruiting immediately in their Sales Ledger team for a Sales Invoicing Clerk, to provide support to the Sales Invoicing and Accounts Receivable teams, providing a first class service to external and internal customers.

This role would suit someone interested in working within a busy, close knit team, looking to develop a career in Finance. This exciting and challenging role is responsible for providing excellent customer and sales support via our customer communication channels for all customers contacting the Customer Services Department.

Role responsibilities:

  • New portal setup
  • Upload sales invoices onto portals
  • Manage new customer set up
  • Liaise with Sales Ledger, Customer Services and Credit Control to resolve queries
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Sales clerk cover
  • Respond to queries through Salesforce

Person Specification:

  • Good excel skills
  • Previous experience of working in an invoicing role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
