EA to CFO! 6 month mat cover

Our client is the world leader in media investment management with a truly global presence in over 100 countries! The culture is fast paced and ever changing! We are looking for a corporate media EA with 5 years + experience at C-Suite level to support this enigmatic CFO for a 6 month maternity contract, ending April 2022. 

Reporting directly to the CFO, your role is to provide extensive and complex and ever changing diary management, inbox management and prioritisation, preparing meeting agendas, travel bookings, expenses processing, managing highly confidential correspondence, assisting with preparing reports, presentations and project plans and much much more!

You are an established EA (5 years at C-Suite level +) with experience of working at transformational pace! You are hands on and always 3 steps ahead, so you’ll be confident, responsible, impeccably organised and calm! You are a proactive relationship builder with experience of working in a highly matrixed organisation across multiple markets. Global Media experience a must as is flexibility to jump on tasks across evenings and weekends. The role is a hybrid working model but will be dependant on day to day requirements of the job. Ideally you will be available immediately but we will look at candidates with a maximum 1 month notice.
