• Extensive diary management for both business and personal schedules

• Ensure the CEO has all the relevant info required for meetings and ensuring follow up on any actions required

• Daily Inbox management - flagging and reporting urgent matters when needed

• Ensuring that the CEO’s personal matters are managed

• Travel organisation - both business and Personal

• Manage budgets for business and personal travel / events

• Giving support and guidance to the office manager and making sure everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis

• Arranging annual events for the wider office, including travel

• RSVP to all events and deal with general requests and correspondence
