As a Contact Centre Agent you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls/ emails for internal colleagues as well as external customers.
You will be managing a busy and diverse workload, resolving and escalating enquiries, updating key customer information and supporting with additional administration tasks where required.

Profile
- Have worked in a Call Centre and Customer Service environment previously, ideally supporting with front office and back office enquiries
- Be confident interacting with people at all levels, and suggesting improvements where identified
- Have high attention to detail for the processing of all confidential data
- Need to have a basic DBS check to be part of this team
- Ideally have worked in a Contact Centre Agent role previously
- Manage and process confidential data in line with GDPR/ DPA
Job Offer
- £9 per hour basic +_ holiday pay (£10 total)
- Online portal for submitting time-sheets and accessing payslips (weekly pay, 1 week in arrears)
