Private PA - to 45K + excellent benefits

Fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Private PA to join a hugely successful international private equity firm as PA to the founders.  

You will mainly be based at the business office but will occasionally need to travel to their private home also in London and should be happy working between the 2 workplaces as and when necessary.  Your role will be very varied and duties will include diary management of personal and professional appointments, setting up zoom meetings, liaising with household staff and the other PAs based in the London office.  You will book restaurants in London and overseas, arrange dinner parties and celebratory personal and professional events, including organising guest lists, drafting invitations, researching and booking catering and entertainment.  

Your excellent communication skills will hold you in good stead as you draft and proof read correspondence on your boss' behalf, and you will also run personal errands, assist with the family art collection as well as their vintage car collection.  Your boss is also very involved in charity work and so you will also get involved in that as well.

The ideal candidate will be someone very organised, calm and discreet; you should have a can-do attitude, be very unflappable, imaginative and have bags of initiative and be someone for whom no job is too small.  In return, you will enjoy working in a beautiful environment within a hugely successful and international company which  really looks after its staff.
