The CEO of this established global boutique firm with expansive growth targets over the coming years is looking for a true right hand support. He is a truly inspirational and charming leader and the company has a very collaborative, friendly and dynamic culture.  The role will be based in their lovely bright offices in Shoreditch where no day will be the same and your contribution will be valued and recognised.

Tasks will include:

  • Providing executive support to the CEO and occasional support to the firm’s other Managing Partner, based in New York
  • Liaison with New York based EA to provide seamless coverage across UK/US time zones for both Managing Partners
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and prioritizing most important matters
  • Main point of contact / interface between CEO and key external and internal stakeholders
  • Providing occasional support to other London-based Partners
  • Direct interaction with clients, suppliers and professional services providers
  • Coordination with the COO and Operations Manager on various initiatives and internal matters
  • Travel booking and itinerary compilation for CEO and other London based individuals
  • Coordinating internal hiring processes and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual internal review process and collating feedback / productivity data
  • Internal event planning and participation in social/cultural elements of the firm – their culture is core to the firm’s success and they always want to maintain a friendly, fun and collaborative environment.
  • New joiner welcoming and onboarding (in conjunction with Operations Manager)
  • Minuting internal leadership meetings
  • Managing highly sensitive and confidential information on behalf of the CEO
  • General administration duties – printing, scanning, document review, formatting of client documents, etc.
  • Some participation in data management, in conjunction with internal specialists

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and confidence in adapting to new software and systems
