Alternatives Investment Manager offering a hybrid role covering all aspects of office management with additional Executive Assistant and Investor Relations support.
The responsibilities for this Office Manager will be very fluid and will require an adaptable person who can be accountable for a range of support tasks, including;
Office management;
- Day to day running of the office.
- Managing Office supplies.
- Operating a consistent high-quality office reception.
- Manage meeting rooms and ensure all equipment is available.
Executive Assistance
- Diary management and scheduling as required.
- Arranging travel for senior team members.
- Assisting COO/CFO with expenses management
Investor Relations (preferable but not essential)
- Managing the distribution of Investor reporting.
- Managing Firm, Fund & Investment presentations alongside the Investment Team and marketing staff.
