Executive PA - Private Family Office

Executive PA UHNW Private Family Office - Mayfair.  The Client will consider some flexi working at home and in the office for the right candidate.

A bright and hands on PA with plenty of energy and an interest in working for an UHNW Boutique Family Office is needed.   The Family Office (3-4 staff) are focused on conservation/philanthropy particularly in Africa and an array of investments. Involvement in all matters running the office and managing two hugely busy schedules/diaries (you will be expert at this).  Top travel experience (especially Africa) and excellent research skills to find the best travel deals by agent or independent direct source.  Happy to manage the office and deal with all third party providers/IT etc.  Degree or high A levels required.

Covering some aspects of their Private lives i.e. travel, restaurants & reservations, booking & appointments.  Degree standard preferred and up to date with current affairs and an interest in the world - an intelligent individual with much to offer

You will be upbeat at tech savvy, numerate and able to work quickly and with an excellent eye for detail.  Upbeat and energetic, a happy and capable all rounder happy to embrace the role to free up the time of the Principals to get on with the running of the company and their lives.
