Adecco are currently recruiting for 2 skilled Production Administrators based for an excellent Company in Cramlington.
The positions are either DAY 6-6 4 on 4 off GBP11.69 or NIGHTS 6pm - 6am 4 on 4 off GBP12.67 on a Temporary ongoing Contact with the possibility of progressing to a Permanent role for the right applicant.
Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring the checking of all products are to the Company standard, ensuring all relevant times & consumables are transacted within Oracle.
Updating and maintaining several excel spreadsheets relating to jobs ran within production. . Creating and maintaining Standard line instructions (this would require being trained within production for a period of 5 weeks).
Skills and Experience
Good communication skills: Oral and written.
Good computer skills, including knowledge of Mastercontrol and Oracle
Able to carry out all aspects without restrictions
Positive attitude and adaptable to change.
Other Skills and requirements
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Good communications skill Oral / Written.
Liaise with all other departments.
Provide support and answer questions for the department in understanding procedures and practices.
Attention to detail.
Ensuring all PCDs and paperwork is checked using the cGMP standards.
Maintain high level of H&S within the area.
Understand and accept personal responsibilities for Health & Safety on site in compliance with UK legislation and the Company's Health & Safety Management System.
Maintain low personal PCD errors.
Communicate with Supervisors\Team Leads regarding any issues or requirements.
Maintain a good working relationship with Supervisors\Team Leads and rest of team.
Checking PCDs for GMP errors, correct information available, missing information and that all boxes have been N/A'd.
Returning all PCD errors to operators for corrections, keep records of name of person, type of error and explain the issue and give advice of how to correct.
Attend production meeting and update Manager and Supervisor of New jobs in the plan, equipment requirements etc.
Retraining employees when 5 or more PCD errors.
Transact Jobs within Oracle.You MUST be committed to working Continental shifts
