Job Title: HR Advisor/officer

Location: Northampton

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 DOE

Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experience HR advisor to join our client in Northampton, to deliver first class HR support within the business and oversee all HR operations.

Person Specification

-Ideally CIPD level 3 or 5 qualifed

-Excellent knowledge of operational HR

-Experience in development of processes & policies

-Knowledge of employment law, data protection and equality & diversity

-Excellent IT skills

-Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsibilites

-Managing the recruitment process

-End to end HR processes including; disciplinaries, grievences, sickness absence and coaching managers on the best practice

-Co-ordinating the onboarding process and contracts of new recruits.

-Keeping up to date on current employment laws

-Co-ordinating rewards, benefits and introductions for new employees
