Private PA - Mayfair (UHNW Family) 

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a polished and experienced Private PA with top experience and a wide remit of skills.  A cv demonstrating 8 years+ as a Private PA and a calm an even personality is required.  Lovely family with a large building project underway to end up with one of the most beautiful houses in London in a years' time.  You will have relevant skill overseeing and assisting with the renovations on a top end project and used to liaising with architects, building companies and suppliers/trades.  Overseeing maintenance staff (checking on pool/cinema and general amenities) and making sure the house is being run properly and up to standard.  Used to keeping a detailed "to do" list and having an action plan ready for changes in schedule.

This is a fully staffed home with a full complement of household staff and security and mainly occupied by the Principal's wife and 2 daughters (The Principal travels extensively) and the role will be mainly supporting them in every aspect of their lives.  The Principal's background is fashion & art and she is charming with very high standards.  You will run the diaries of the mother and daughters making all arrangements and meeting from dinners and private events to professional meetings with doctors and lawyers etc.  High level private jet travel and itineraries/research.  Personal shopping and gift buying; in person and on line, occasional errands.  Out of school activities for the daughters (teenage) and assisting with their calendar/school requirements and out of school events etc.

A calm and engaging personality who is able to get things done quickly without fuss, A good level of Emotional Intelligence with experience working at this level with an UHNW family.  Happy to deal with complex matters with top forward planning skills and spotting problems before they arise.  A polite, confident and assured personality who can step up and be the orchestra leader for this lovely family.

Your time outside of normal hours is respected and this is a true work/life balance role.  Occasional requests for working on Saturday when a special dinner/events is taking place.  Excellent package and top opportunity.
