A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a bright, highly organised, efficient and friendly Office Manager/Receptionist to join the inner support team to a hugely successful boutique investment firm based in the West End.

 A very varied and busy role, you will be the key individual, managing the office, providing a 5* welcome to all guests and clients as well as getting involved with HR duties. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the general smooth running of the office
  • Answering client enquiries and calls with excellent communication skills
  • Managing the office calendar + coordinating meeting rooms
  • Ordering office supplies and thoroughly checking invoices and reports 
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors 
  • Working alongside and supervising current receptionist
