Group HR Manager

We are looking for a Group HR Manager Head of HR Head of Human Resources HR Manager who is looking for a fantastic opportunity within a very successful food company.

Reporting to the Managing Director this role of Group HR Manager Head of HR Head of Human Resources HR Manager is a key position and will be the MD's point of reference for HR and Employee issues.

Duties include but are not limited to;

Responsibility for policies, procedures, contracts and all documentation to be legally compliant
Manage and operate the company's auto-enrolment pension
Managing the permanent employee life cycle within the company
Taking lead on all HR projects and drive timely execution within budget
Lead the development and implementation of any change management programs
Develop the HR reporting metrics ensuring costs and headcount is visible and reported on a regular basis
Building and maintaining effective working relationships
Providing HR support and guidance to the site and the Management TeamThe successful Group HR Manager Head of HR Head of Human Resources HR Manager will be CIPD qualified preferably to level 7 and have significant and detailed generalist HR experience within an FMCG environment
