Junior PA Job Description

 

Marcilly Recruitment are looking for a fantastic Junior PA to support an UHNW chairman within the property industry. You will be working directly with the chairman and his longstanding PA to support on both the business and private side in a very fast paced and varied role.

 

We are seeking a bright, driven, down to earth and proactive candidate who isn’t afraid to use their initiative. The successful candidate doesn’t need to have worked as a PA before as long as they have the right attitude and skills. A minimum of 18 months' professional experience is required. 

 

You will be based in the company’s head office five days a week. They have a fantastic company culture with regular socials and an onsite bar. You will also be part of a great support team that will be able to mentor you and support you in your professional development.

 

This is an amazing opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain invaluable experience at such a high level on the business and private side.

 

Junior PA Benefits:

  • Salary: £25K - £32K

Junior PA Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with diary management for the Chairman
  • Correspondence on behalf of the Chairman and other members of the Board
  • Acting as a Gatekeeper
  • Assisting with the management of business documents, including minutes and board packs
  • Assisting with event planning, including the Christmas party and corporate events
  • Assisting with planning and booking travel and accommodation for the Chairman for both personal and business (this can include yachts, air travel by commercial and private, and helicopters)
  • Ensuring refreshments are provided for meetings as and when required
  • Ownership of data entry to the company database for business development purposes
  • Ad hoc duties as required: purchasing/collecting items, errand running and lifestyle management
  • Working closely with the Chairman’s family and ensuring the smooth running of their personal lives
  • Providing assistance to PAs throughout the business at times of heavy workload

 

 

This role will be very fast paced and will require someone with a high level of organisation and a can-do attitude. Ideal candidates will be graduate level or equivalent with this role being perfect for someone to ‘step in’ to this career path.
