As the PA to the Chief Development Officer you will be part of a motivated, professional team of professionals in a smart corporate office based right next to Victoria station.  Your main focus is supporting the CDO, with some ad-hoc support to his team.

Key duties:

  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external senior executives
  • Screen emails and telephone calls
  • Manage daily administrative tasks
  • Provide the Directors with clear, pertinent business information to assist in the on-going management and decision making of the business
  • Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
  • Diary Management/responsibility for demanding calendar management and travel arrangements requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings and events
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, booking venues, equipment and refreshments
  • Attend meetings and take minutes / actions
  • Organisation of travel arrangements, logistics and itineraries
  • Meeting support, including planning and pack/report preparation Communication
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally
  • To ensure all visitors for the company are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Information Collection
  • Manage, organise and update various forms of data using database applications
  • Manage all expense claims and currency reconciliation
  • Create financial and statistical tools and reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint


  • Great interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, able to deal with a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external executive level individuals
  • Previous senior / exec level PA experience in a large multinational company
  • Extensive experience of working with Microsoft packages including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and adaptable to working in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • Ability to work on their own initiative, solving problems as necessary
  • Ability to remain confidential with sensitive information

Hours 9am – 5.30pm
