TEMP ROLE STARTING ASAP 

Absolutely lovely, welcoming, down to earth and super-friendly private equity firm needs an Office Assistant & Receptionist superstar to join their close-knit team ASAP!

Working in this immaculate office of around 35, you will be an integral part of the team. Standards here are exceptionally high and they only employ the very best individuals, so you will be the sort of Receptionist / Office Coordinator who takes a lot of pride in their work and strives to excel in everything you do!

This Office Assistant / Office Coordinator will work closely with another Receptionist and the PA team, who are all very genuine and very likeable, and together you will provide strong admin support for the whole office.

This diverse and exciting FOH role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Taking calls
  • Hospitality for meetings
  • Reports and paperwork for meetings
  • Diary and travel management
  • Ordering supplies
  • Ad hoc projects and errands

We are looking for someone well spoken, immaculate, bright, and with a brilliant 'can do' attitude. You will ideally have some reception or admin experience and be keen to prove yourself.
