PA to 3 HODS - TV Production Company!

We  have a brilliant opportunity for a PA to take on a 12 month maternity cover,  working for a well-respected TV production company. The position would suit an experienced PA with superb organisational skills to efficiently and intelligently manage the hectic schedule of 3. This role is supporting the Head of News, Head of Legal and Director of HR.   Responsibilities will include organising complex  itineraries, monitoring department expenditure, organising meetings and conference calls. Excellent diary management is essential and you must have previous experience supporting at a senior level within HR. You will also have experience working with board packs and legal documentation.

The successful candidate will be polished, articulate, self-motivated, discreet, flexible, highly professional and will have at least 3 years PA experience within a media business. You will be available immediately as this role is to start mid-November. Our client offers a hybrid working schedule.
