Role: Sales & Business Development Professional for Healthcare Industry

Days: Monday - Friday

We are recruiting for a Sales and Business Development professional to join an established company in the Healthcare industry. The company offers a new service model to give members immediate access to urgent GP specialist care.

 

The Sales & Business Development professional will be the cornerstone of the company’s sales initiatives. You will be responsible for driving membership sales and will generate new leads and contacts through research and by identifying new sectors and networks. You will need to cultivate strong new relationships for consumers and relationships at a corporate level (B2B and B2C) to create and follow up with new business opportunities. 

You will be responsible for suggesting and executing new ideas, products and projects, events and initiatives to increase memberships sales and retention.  You will have good knowledges of all products and services offered by the company, work closely with the Marketing and Communications team, assist with training new team members and be aware of all competitors. You will also need to work with the company’s GPs to help develop and grow their practices in the clinic. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own and within a team, will communicate effectively, be forward thinking, professional and responsible with a strong network in London to generate sales and memberships. You will be compassionate, courteous and empathetic but charismatic and friendly too with a positive, can-do attitude!

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Drive membership sales and proactively create new leads
  • Develop strong relationships with consumers and corporate clientele alike
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications team to collaborate
  • Train new team members
  • Manage KPIs and targets
  • Manage the CRM database
  • Ensure GDPR and confidentiality is adhered to with patient information
  • Organise member events both physically and virtually
  • Engage with external stakeholders

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • Fluent in English Language
  • Be degree educated 
  • Have experience within the private healthcare market working in a B2B and B2C capacity
  • Experience working with a CRM database
  • Have excellent contactable references
