EA in Executive Search

This is a great opportunity for an experienced EA with project management skills to support the very busy, likeable and highly successful Partner of an international management consultancy based in W1.

Working on a 1:1 basis on a hybrid basis (if you prefer) you'll have daily contact with your boss, be it in person or virtual.  He'll fully immerse you in all his projects, rely on you to help drive his projects forward, organise his working life and build key relationships with his clients.  For someone feeling hemmed in by their current role this really is a great opportunity!

With such a busy role it would be ideal if you had a background in professional services but it's not essential.  For him it's all about the following:

• Good energy and proactivity, someone who can be relatively autonomous
• A team player and collaborative
• Someone proactive who will listen and want to actively engage with his team whilst  equally having the confidence to voice an opinion and know they will be listened to
• Excellent IT skills and good sense of humour!
