My client, a City-based private bank are recruiting an experienced corporate receptionist to join their London office. You will be responsible for all front of house duties and acting as the face of the company as well as working alongside the operations team.

What you’ll do:
  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
  • Manage the meeting rooms
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and monitor a busy inbox
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms
  • Produce and distribute reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative assistance  
What you have:
  • Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a front of house role for a corporate setting
  • Exceptional organisational and logistical skills
  • Brilliant telephone etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse internal and external clients
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask in a face-paced environment
