Executive Assistant   – Executive Search
Based in Victoria, currently adopting a hybrid model of remote/office working
Competitive salary plus bonus & benefits

A great opportunity for a confident EA professional to join a global executive search firm

You will be supporting one or two Consultants in all administrative aspects of client management and search execution with high levels of responsibility where diplomacy and confidentiality are essential.

Key duties will include

  • Extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • First point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Organising travel and managing consultant expenses
  • Preparing complex documentation to demanding deadlines
  • Maintaining the in-house database accurately together with any relevant documents

The ideal candidate must be

  • An experienced Executive Assistant (previous experience in Search or professional services would be advantageous)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Confident, deadline driven and focused on delivery
  • Proactive with a positive outlook and a flexible manner
  • Good team player, client focussed with high attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and juggle simultaneous projects
  • Excellent IT and presentation skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) – touch typing skills are critical
  • Aptitude to learn and use the internal database as a project management tool and archive system
