My client a Large Global Business are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader
This is a new role which will be based in London,
The role will involve both management of the country HR Talent Acquisition Delivery team and hands-on operational delivery as required.
You will build close working relationships with the local HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition CoE colleagues to:
· Drive initiatives and strategies for a stronger employer brand
· Derive a clear and unambiguous view of short, medium, and long-term Talent Acquisition priorities to support business growth.
· Constantly seek for opportunities to drive Talent Acquisition process improvements and work to implement them locally.
· Partner with the country business leaders and managers to ensure high quality TA delivery, handle escalations and provide hiring updates and metrics.
· Drive local implementation of COE led initiatives.
· Ensure that investments in new technologies, such as a CRM, are maximised and tools rolled out successfully to maximise usage and impact.
· Deliver on the Talent Acquisition roadmap for the next 1 to 3 years.
· Drive Talent Mapping and development of alternative talent pipelines.
· Ensure full utilisation of all tools to analyse, monitor and report hiring effectiveness while ensuring high data accuracy.

Capabilities
· Strong staffing / Talent Acquisition experience in a senior role.
· Proven ability to operate in a complex, multi-business matrix organisation.
· Collation and analyses of staffing / talent acquisition metrics and management information.
· Knowledge and application of employer brand tools and measures.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Change management skills.
· Working across virtual teams.
