JOB ROLE: EA to CEO – 12 Month contract

COMPANY: Media

HOURS: 9:30am - 17:30pm

SALARY: Up to 50K

LOCATION: London      

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Provide extensive inbox and diary management to the CEO, prioritising diary clashes, keeping to deadlines and collating and distributing agendas.
  • Ensure the CEO is prepared for all client/internal/external meetings.
  • Attend weekly group meetings and distribute minutes and actions afterwards.
  • Monthly completion of expenses of the company credit card / CEO personal card.
  • First point of contact for all IT issues
  • Book internal meeting rooms and arrange catering and IT support where necessary.
  • Printing, photocopying, and binding documents and distributing as needed.
  • Arrange business travel, visa, and accommodation as and when required.
  • Assist with large scale events (internal and external), organising, assisting, and ensuring the smooth logistical running of conferences and events of all scales.
  • Cover for PA team members holidays.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 4 years EA experience.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Confident with managing heavy workloads.
  • Comfortable with handling confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external staff.
  • Able to organise own workload with limited supervision.
  • Holds a positive approach to all aspects.
  • A great team player; people person.
  • Ability to think ahead/ Uses their own initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Skilful in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
