Description
Duties of the Customer Service Team Leader:
- Assist the supply chain manager with running of the department
- maintain effetive control over all departmental administration tasks
- Manage customers expectations and keep them informed of supply issues
- Proactive communication with customers and the wider business
- Act as the point of escalation for any customer complaints, investigating and resolving
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Hands of team leader, ale to effectivly oversee team members and provide excellent customer service
- Previous demonstrable experience working in a customer service supervisory position
- Excellent communication
- Proactive approach
- Problem solving and solutions driven
- Exceptional attention to detail
Job Offer
The salary on offer is £28k - £32k per annum
