Description

As Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound calls and emails
  • Supporting Customers with their enquiries
  • Managing the Live Chat function
  • Processing Customer Orders on the internal system

Profile

To be considered for the Customer Service vacancy, you will have experience of working within a face to face or office based Customer Focused environment.

I am also looking for the following attributes:

  • A team player
  • Eager to learn and progress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Available at short notice
