This role will be supporting a team of Customer Service Advisors and Social Media Advisors, specifically with any social media requests. You will be required to answer any queries that come through on various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You need to speak fluent English along with German, French or Dutch.

You will be supporting a team of Customer Service Advisors with all social media requests.

• Answering any queries that come through on platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Delivering excellent levels of customer service
• Ensuring all customers are happy
• All equipment will be provided to you.
• Fluent in German, French or Dutch as well as English

Profile

As an ideal Social Media Advisor - Remote Working you will have experience within customer service or administrative roles. You will be able to communicate in both English, and either German, French or Dutch.
