Executive Assist/Office Manager to Tech Founders - W10

A wonderful role has arisen to support two dynamic Founders of a tech start up specialising in scientific advancement/cure of human diseases.  The Founders are charismatic and need a very capable pair of hands to support them in a business/office management and personal capacity (only a little).  Highly intelligent and forward thinking bosses so you will be able to keep up with them and field any administration that needs doing, suggest new processes and procedures and run the office on oiled wheels.  A top all rounder with much to offer.  Top forward planning skills able to take on some HR duties as onboarding more colleagues this year and next. Team of 20 to double in size and move to Kings Cross next year.

You will be able to work in a company that really makes a different to the world and has taken on board some of the UK's top engineers and scientists.

You will be degree standard with 5 years+ experience in a busy multi tasking role incorporating EA support and Office Management within a boutique environment (tech or start up preferred)

High organised and forward thinking your attention to detail will be second to none.

Running the diaries and engagements for the Principals - prepping for meetings and providing all paperwork.  Support on research and making detailed agendas and presentations.

Organising travel and itineraries with all necessary Covid regulations followed, visas, transport etc

Assisting the operations team on critical finance and office reporting and coordinating internal team meetings and events. Inbox management with prioritisation and email drafting.  Supporting the Founders with company wide initiatives and special projects.  Sorting out travel, purchases, insurances and household bills for the Founders

A happy and positive personality is needed happy to chip in when needed is essential.
