An exciting opportunity for a bright and engaging PA to support the Founder and CEO on a business level, as well as providing general administrative support in all personal matters.  Named one of Wired Magazine's ‘100 hottest start-ups’ and The Financial Times’ ‘most disruptive companies’ the company operates across the UK, in the States (NYC, LA, Miami) as well as Paris and Amsterdam and work with some of the most inspiring and innovative brands out there, creating a game changer for both the retail and property industries.  

Hours:                  Full-time, plus flexibility to work beyond office hours

 

Location:              Clerkenwell 

 

Salary:                 £45k - £50k, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Extensive diary management for both business and personal schedules. 
  • Liaising with SMT to ensure the CEO has all the relevant info required for meetings and ensuring he has followed up on any actions required. 
  • Daily Inbox management - flagging and reporting urgent matters when needed. 
  • Ensuring that the CEO’s personal matters are managed – household, cleaners, coordination of home maintenance, utilities payments and tracking, medical appointments. Coordinating fitness classes, dog and personal holidays. 
  • Travel for Business and Personal: hotels, airlines, car bookings, Eurostar, executive cards. 
  • Manage budgets for business and personal travel / events. 
  • Giving support and guidance to the office manager and making sure everything runs smoothly on a day to day basis. 
  • Arranging annual events for the wider office, including travel. 
  • Ensuring that executives and their guests are well looked after and have everything they need while in the office. 
  • Sending out gifts, flowers, birthdays and other presents as required. 
  • RSVP to all events and deal with general requests and correspondence. 

Candidates must be / have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a PA/EA in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a start-up or creative industry. 
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills. 
  • Faultless attention to detail. 
  • Flexibility to work longer hours when necessary. 
  • Committed and loyal with the ability to be assertive.  
  • Kind and sensitive to the needs of others. 
  • Proactive with initiative. 
  • Someone who remains calm when under pressure and can handle changes to the day to day schedule effectively without losing your cool.
