Legal PA - International Capital Markets

Ryder Reid Legal has a fantastic opportunity available for a PA to join one of world's leading law firms, on a 9 month fixed term contract.

The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience gained from a similar international or City law firm, and experience in either Securitisation or Capital Markets. Duties include but are not limited to: PA support, diary management, management of calls, emails and post, Preparation of client documentation and correspondence, Coordination and preparation of invoices and all expense claims.

In addition, candidates will have strong technical and organisational skills (billing experience with 3E is desirable) and be a good team player.

This is a busy and varied role so to be considered as a candidate for this opportunity, you must possess a flexible and hardworking attitude plus at least two years' experience supporting a demanding team for fellow City law firms. Experience within Banking is preferred, but not essential.
