Private & Executive Assistant to HNWI / CEO

Mayfair - superb benefits + excellent bonus

Superb opportunity to provide private and business support to a highly successful CEO and his family - 4 days per week in the office, and 1 day from the family home based in the heart of beautiful Mayfair.

We are looking for an exceptional EA to support this dynamic CEO and his family - *first-class problem solving skills *calm & unflappable character *'nothing is too much trouble' approach *super-polished & articulate *personable, energetic & approachable 

Must have previous experience supporting a HNWI or HNWF on a private/personal level, PLUS experience supporting a busy Senior Executive in a corporate setting. 

EA / Private EA duties:

  • Complex global travel organisation, including flights, accommodation and itineraries/documents
  • Booking private jets, boats, multi-stop holidays, sourcing chefs/staff for private villas, catering etc
  • Assisting family with personal requests – shopping, booking meetings, dealing with post, checking invoices, placing orders, sourcing goods and products, liaising with contractors
  • Manage administration for the family’s private homes, organising parties, functions, events  
  • Regular meeting coordination locally and globally across different time zones
  • Document creation and management across a broad range of formats: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Meet and greet visitors and coordinate hospitality
  • Liaise with stakeholders and build good business relationships across the company
  • Support colleagues within the office, with general administrative requests such as filing, copying, scanning etc, covering for admin colleagues including occasional Reception cover
  • Manage expenses

 
Executive Assistant / Private EA:

  • Proven track record in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role supporting senior global executives
  • Previous experience providing ‘personal’ support to a HNWI and their family
  • Able to provide a 5-star service  at all times
  • Excellent commercial acumen including high levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload using time management and good organisation skills, able to remain calm and focused when under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high focus on collaboration, with a flexible ‘happy to help’ approach
  • Professional, discreet, self-starter
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
