HR ADMIN ASSISTANT TEMP TO PERM

In short, they are an excellent choice for someone who has set their heart on a career in HR, and can offer as little as 6-12 months' previous experience working in an HR Department.

The successful HR Admin Assistant will be working with a small team who specialise in handling all the firm's recruitment needs, and they will provide an extremely varied day, getting involved in every aspect of the recruitment process, from dealings with the various departments, compilation of job specs, vetting of candidates, organising interviews, job offers, applications for references, coordinating start dates and arrangements for inductions.
For someone with a small amount of HR, this is an interesting and fulfilling side of HR in which to build your skills and experience, in a firm which offers mentoring and ongoing training.
