I am looking for someone who can work in a stand-alone HR position being the main point of contact for all HR related duties for a successful Construction company.

Duties of the role:

  • Recruitment – advise hiring manager on recruitment process, add vacancies onto the recruitment portal and advertise, manage candidates throughout process, organise and attend interviews, administer offer letters and contracts
  • Onboarding of new candidates, carrying out inductions and processing leavers
  • Provide advice on company processes and procedures
  • Employee Relations - Produce policy letters for the Division e.g.  Maternity, Sickness Absence Management, Capability, Disciplinaries
  • Note taking in meetings
  • Support and Administer annual salary and bonus reviews
  • Ensure the HR System in always maintained
  • Deal with payroll related queries
  • Monitor employee sickness and leave
  • Training- ensure all employees are up to date on mandatory learning modules

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in a standalone position
  • Experience from the construction industry is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Available to start a new role asap
