Remote PA, Bristol

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join a leading private equity firm, based in Bristol, on a permanent basis. As a remote PA for this business, you will be offered a mix of work from home days and days based in the office. You will be providing support to a team of 10 busy individuals, who will rely on you fully for support.

This role will suit someone with a minimum of 5 years' PA experience, who is confident working in a fast-paced corporate environment. 

Duties will include:

• Complex diary management
• Organising national and international travel, accommodation and logistics, including itineraries
• Processing expenses 
• Compiling of documenation
• Updating the in-house CRM system
• General PA and administrative support to the wider team

Person Specification:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar environment, ideally within financial services 
• Confident working in a fast-paced and high pressured environment
• Confident liaising with all levels of seniority
• Professional 
• Ability to use initiative and take ownership of tasks with limited supervision
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Hours are 9am-6pm and salary is up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a flexible benefits package and superb training / development.
