Description
- Booking meetings and arranging conferences.
- Organising client and director events.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for directors.
- Creating presentations.
- Sending emails on behalf of directors.
- Liaising with different departments to gather various information.
- Extracting reports and supporting with bids and tenders proposals.
Profile
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Good at multitasking
- Good at working under pressure
- Effective in a team and independently
- Great Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
