Description

  • Booking meetings and arranging conferences.
  • Organising client and director events.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for directors.
  • Creating presentations.
  • Sending emails on behalf of directors.
  • Liaising with different departments to gather various information.
  • Extracting reports and supporting with bids and tenders proposals.

Profile

  • Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Good at multitasking
  • Good at working under pressure
  • Effective in a team and independently
  • Great Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
