This opportunity is a varied Office Manager role where you will utilise many skills within Office Management

This would suit someone who feels confident working independently to manage all Office Management functions

Client Details

A boutique City based Investment Management firm specialising in portfolio management and advisory.

Description

  • Managing all day to day office operations alongside the COO and Head of HR including supporting integration of new starters with IT and other on boarding functions
  • Managing and negotiating all contractors, suppliers and outsourced depts
  • Liaising regularly with IT to support the team and maintain knowledgeable about issues with database and network
  • Managing all front of house function and supporting with maintaining high standards
  • Ensuring high level of stock is maintained throughout the office including; stationary, kitchen supplies and office equipment
  • Supporting with coordinating meetings and setting up VC equipment for teams and directors
  • Ad hoc EA support to C-Suite individuals
  • Managing spreadsheet trackers relating to maintenance and facilities
  • Expense and invoice management

Profile

  • Must have 5+ years exposure within Office management
  • Ideally exposure within Financial services
  • Strong IT and systems skills and capabilities
  • A confident individual with strong work ethic
