Internal Recruiter - Incredible benefits, fully remote

My client is a highly reputable professional services firm, looking for an incredible opportunity within the Recruitment team. This role will be full time, with excellent, flexible working hours, fully remote from anywhere in the UK. Depending on your experience this role could be at Recruitment Manager level or at Trainee/Resourcer level. Really flexible to build the role and responsibilities around their ideal candidate, and a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing company and a really fantastic and supportive team within that organisation.

The key role responsibilities include:

• Create resourcing campaigns to secure the best and brightest candidates across the legal profession for your roles
• Sourcing and pipelining candidates, sometimes cold outreach, with confidence
• Able to work collaboratively to achieve a team target and team objectives  
• Able to juggle heavy workload in a busy environment
• Keep track of passive candidates in order to maintain contact
• Build strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

Skills and experience required:

• Open to all experience levels
• Ideally professional services or legal background
• Open to applicants from across the UK (must have RTW)
• Recruitment experience including interviewing and direct sourcing is ideal
• Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
• Experience working within a busy environment  
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Candidates must be really polished and well presented
