As our clients start to return to their offices, we are receiving a range of Front of House Reception requests, and are seeking candidates to join our on-call talent bank!
Our clients are some of London's most highly regarded names in sectors from Banking to Insurance, Property to Legal, and assignments can be anything from a day to an ongoing requirement.
Amongst your responsibilities as a Front of House Receptionist would be:
*Meeting and greeting visitors to offices
*Booking meeting rooms and providing refreshments
*Answering switchboard calls
*Ensuring the Reception area is maintained to a high standard
Front of House Receptionist - what we're looking for:
*Previous experience as a Front of House Receptionist is essential
*Experience of using MS Outlook to book meeting rooms
*Knowledge of switchboard systems
*A flexible approach - bookings can be short notice and vary in length
*Excellent presentation and super communication skills
This is a fantastic way to build on your Reception skills, and work around other life commitments, whilst supporting a range of prestigious employers!
