We are a Property Development company based near London Bridge, seeking an experienced PA / Office Manager with HR and financial experience to support our PA, Director, and team.

We require you to think outside the box, use your initiative and show off your leadership skills, pre-empt and find a solution to any problem.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Office Manager Role
The role will suit an individual with at least 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or assistant to PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the PA with processing invoices, expense claims and raising invoices and credit notes.
  • To set up cost and time efficient practices for the business and staff, conduct training and implementation of new practices.
  • Assisting the Director with all business-related matters as and when required
  • Assisting with staff management.
  • Producing staff target reports each week.
  • Compiling monthly income/outgoing reports monthly.
  • Liaising with solicitors on various matters if needed.
  • Providing IT and telephony support to all members of staff.
  • Assisting with the recruitment of new staff members where necessary.
  • To deal with HR and Health and Safety related matters of staff and office.
  • Instructing payroll additions/amendments.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Director.

The successful Office Manager candidate should:

  • Be a proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Be able to apply discretion in confidential matters.
  • Be trustworthy and loyal, polite, hardworking, and presentable.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Be confident, proactive, and efficient.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
  • Have an interest/experience in the property sector.
