We have a brilliant client based in Clapham who are recruiting for a fabulous Receptionist / OM / Administrator to be the face and voice of the company as well as supporting on administration duties in the background. This role is working with a very entrepreneurial team who’s founders are truly inspiring. Personable and professional is key. You will be the first point of contact on Reception for clients visiting and days can vary and working very closely the Operations Manager who this position reports into. There are also elements of Office management to keep the smooth running of the offices. Great varied role with lots of interaction and desires strong organisational skills!
Such as:
- Ordering stationery, Kitchen Amenities and Provisions for meetings
- Meeting room diary management for 3 locations
- Diary Management for non-founding partners
- Post collection and delivery
- Setting up IT equipment for seminars
- Courier and taxi’s
- Travel booking for staff members
- Arranging birthday cards and cake for staff birthdays
- Assisting with occasional overflow of typing
- Covering for the Office Manager when on holiday with doing PA duties to founders
- Bookkeeping data entry support
- Payment administration
- Organising office repairs and scheduling services and maintenance
