My client is looking for an organised, communicative, and highly process driven Recruiter with experience in managing candidate and agency relationships, alongside being a strong systems user.

My client is a leading international, independent real estate consultancy who work with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders, across both private and public sectors, to help them get more out of their real estate, at every stage of the property life cycle.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management and scheduling of interviews on both the business and candidate side.
  • Managing candidates through our new Applicant Tracking System (Recruitment+).
  • Super user for our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Answering all recruitment requests through the central mailbox.
  • Managing the recruitment for our secretarial & administrative roles.
  • Working with our 3rd party agency suppliers.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests & project work.

Requirements

  • Experience in a recruitment administration role from either an in-house or agency background.
  • Organised & proactive.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • A positive and highly collaborative approach.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
