Customer Service Advisor
Rota : Monday - Friday
Salary : GBP26,000 Basic
My client, a large plant hire company operating Nationwide, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Staines with immediate effect.
The role of Customer Service Advisor in brief:
• Deal with all Hire enquiries within the given area
• Assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generate sales, whilst achieving customer service satisfaction and KPI's.
• Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Advisor:
• Previous experience in the plant industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
• You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
