Private PA - Luxury Design

Private PA / Office Manager  - Luxury Design Office in Richmond.

 A fantastic non-corporate Private PA opportunity has arisen to support the family and their team within their luxury design office - they run a bespoke design service for their HNW client base, located from their well-positioned offices in South West London.  

PA Duties for the family will include managing a really complicated international diary,  complex travel arrangements, household maintenance, vehicle maintenance, personal shopping, booking medical appointments, pet welfare, and liaising with other household staff and all family members to ensure good co-ordination is in place.

Office duties will include event planning,  extensive liaison with their celebrity client-base, team travel, office management including ordering supplies for the office, equipment, repairs.  This is a super friendly supportive office, they are looking for a PA who can ideally start as soon as possible as they are only getting busier!  They need a PA with amazing attention to detail due to the level that they operate at.  This PA role will  further your  PA career within a bespoke HNW environment.  The hours require flexibility -this is not 24/7 but often work out of office hours with occasional requirement to travel.
